Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use Maxybyte application, a school management platform developed and operated by Maxybyte Software Development (“Maxybyte”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using Maxybyte application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.

1. Role of Maxybyte

Maxybyte is a technology service provider only. We provide the software platform used by schools to manage and display school fee information.

• Maxybyte does not operate or manage schools
• Maxybyte does not set or collect school fees
• Maxybyte does not verify or guarantee school-provided data

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use our platform only for lawful and authorized purposes. Any attempt to misuse, disrupt, copy, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform is strictly prohibited.

3. Accounts & Security

Access credentials may be provided by your school. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Maxybyte shall not be liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

4. Payments & Transactions

Payments made through our platform are processed securely by licensed third-party. Maxybyte does not store card or banking details. Refunds and payment disputes are handled in accordance with the policies of the respective school or payment provider with Maxybyte facilitating the process.

5. Data Responsibility

All student and payment data is provided and managed by schools. Any discrepancies must be resolved directly with the school.

6. Limitation of Liability

Maxybyte application is provided on an “as is” basis. Maxybyte shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All Maxybyte software, branding, and designs remain the property of Maxybyte.

8. Termination

Maxybyte may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.
